Club Standards have been established over a period of time to help guide our large membership towards the values and goals that properly suit the exceptional quality of this facility and reflect the time-honoured traditions shared by the great game of golf and the founding of Richmond Country Club.

We strive to ensure proper safety and respect for others, both on and off the golf course.

We respect the peaceful nature and beautiful surroundings of the golf course, and therefore strictly prohibit any audible noise (voice or ring tones) made from cell phones or personal communication devices.

We maintain a proper dress code at all times, throughout the golf course, practice areas and Golf Centre.

We play each game at a reasonable, carefully monitored pace of play.

We share responsibility for the care and condition of the golf course by repairing ball marks on the greens, repairing divots on the fairways and raking sand bunkers in accordance with proper golf etiquette.

We play the game with integrity for the Rules of Golf, including accurate handicap posting, fair play and respect for others sharing the golf course.

In keeping with the True Spirit of the Club and the Spirit of the game of golf, the following Standards are in place to ensure a high degree of safety, respect and enjoyment for all members and guests of RCC.
